Do you offer one-off builds as well as monthly plans?

Yes. One-off builds are Starter £1,129, Growth £2,129, Pro £3,129 (20 months of the monthly plan plus £149 for the first year of hosting, SSL and maintenance). Pro is the top standard plan. Ecommerce, portals and complex integrations are quoted separately after a free review. After the first year, ongoing hosting and maintenance can continue at £149/year if you want CH Digital to keep managing the site.

Why are the plans monthly?

The monthly model spreads the design and build cost instead of asking for a large upfront invoice. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term because the website is being built and supported as part of the subscription.

No. DIY builders can be cheaper if you want to do everything yourself. CH Digital is for businesses that want a professional site designed, built and supported for them without a large upfront agency bill.

You own your content, branding and the right to use the site for your business. The exact arrangement depends on your agreement - ask if you need a formal handover or export, especially after the minimum term.
