Is there a contract?

Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term because the design and build cost is spread across the subscription, not invoiced as a large upfront fee. After that, you can continue monthly for hosting, support and updates.

Do I own the website?

You own your content, branding and the right to use the site for your business. The exact arrangement depends on your agreement-ask if you need a formal handover or export, especially after the minimum term.

What happens after 12 months?

You can continue on a monthly basis for hosting, support and agreed updates. If you want to leave, we discuss handover in line with your agreement.

Can I cancel?

During the 12-month minimum term you are committed as agreed. After that, cancellation terms follow your agreement-ask if you need specifics.

What is included in updates?

It depends on your plan. Starter covers minor text and image updates; Growth and Pro include broader monthly updates and priority handling. Work outside your plan is quoted before it starts-no surprise invoices.

Do you handle my domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you already own a domain, I can help connect it to your new website. Domain renewal usually stays in your own account unless agreed otherwise.

Are business email inboxes included?

Accepted Answer

No. Email inbox hosting is not included by default. I can help you connect or set up Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another email provider if needed.

Can you redesign my current website?

Yes. Send your current URL and what you want to improve. We often reuse services and copy where it saves time, then refresh layout, speed and enquiry flow.

Do you write the website copy?

I can help refine and structure your content as part of the build. Full copywriting from scratch may be quoted separately depending on what is needed.

Do you do ecommerce?

Not inside the £49–£149 plans by default. Shops, bookings and portals are quoted separately.

Can I move plans later?

Accepted Answer

Usually yes-we confirm the change and anything that affects scope or timing.

What costs extra?

Items like ecommerce, bookings, custom integrations, ads, full SEO campaigns, photography, logo design and email hosting are not included by default. Need one of these? We can quote it separately.
